Joseph O'Neal is a native of Virginia and has resided in Mecklenburg County since 2008. Joseph graduated from Ithaca College in 2004 with a BS in Clinical Science. He graduated from Ithaca College with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005. He then returned to Ithaca College for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Joseph has been practicing since 2006 working in skilled care, home health and outpatient settings all with a focus on the geriatric population.  Joseph is pleased to join In Touch to continue to serve his community.
